Step 1: Discover Your Perfect Package
It all starts with our Design Concierge. They’ll listen to your goals and help you choose the path that fits your timeline and vision:
- The Design Plan (The Fast Track): This is the quickest route to getting your plan created and your project on our build schedule. You’ll select the package level that fits your scope, allowing our team to get you on the on-site schedule that day.
- The In-Store Starter (No Cost): Not quite ready to commit? No problem. Meet with one of our Master Designers at our studio to learn about Earth Works, discuss your budget and goals, and find the right plan to keep your project moving forward.
Step 2: On-Site Vision & Preparation
Once your plan is selected, we come to you. Your designer will meet you at your home to walk the space, discuss specific plants, and take the detailed measurements needed to bring the vision to life. This is where we get the “lay of the land” to ensure your final design is perfectly tailored to your property.
Step 3: The Design Reveal & Studio Experience
Once your plan is drafted, you’ll join us back at the Garden Center to see your masterpiece! This is where it all comes together:
- Customized for You: You’ll receive a scaled layout, a curated material list, and a Florida-hardy plant palette chosen specifically for your project.
- Touch & Feel: Since we’re located right in the Garden Center, we can walk the grounds together to touch the pavers and hand-pick the plants that we’ve designed.
- Fine-Tuning: Every package includes a professional revision. We listen to your feedback and tweak the details so it’s exactly what you’ve been dreaming of.
Step 4: The Earth Works Advantage

- 50% Design Credit: When you move forward with your installation through Earth Works, we credit 50% of your Design Package fee directly back to your project’s final billing.
