THE PROMISE
Your Plants Replaced at No Cost for Life.
Pair a landscape installation from Earth Works with our All-In Lawn Maintenance and Spray/Fertilization programs, and we cover your plant material for the lifetime of the plants. No additional cost for labor or material.
If something covered under the plan goes down, we handle it. You don’t get a bill. You don’t get an explanation of why it’s not covered. You get a healthy yard.
That’s the whole idea.
You put serious money into your landscape. You shouldn’t spend the next ten years wondering whether it’ll hold up.
HOW IT WORKS
Simple to understand.
Even simpler to use.
From the first design conversation to the day something gets replaced, you’re never in the dark. Here’s exactly how the plan works.
Design with your warranty in mind
Your designer walks you through which plants carry full lifetime coverage and which carry limited coverage. You choose the risk level. We design around it.
Complete your installation
At completion, you’ll have a clear record of what’s covered and what isn’t. Your designer walks you through it. So does our QC manager at the start of service.
Enroll in Our Full Service Maintenance & Fertilization
You have until your installation is complete to enroll. Coverage starts when service starts. No gaps, no exceptions.
Our crew keeps an eye on things
Our team is on your property every week. If a covered plant is in decline, we flag it and schedule the replacement. You often find out after it’s already handled.
COVARAGE DETAILS
What the plan covers, and what it doesn’t.
COVERED
Plant material designated as warrantied on your original proposal
Premature failure from disease or pest damage
Replacement labor and material at no additional cost
Same species, same size (up to 30-gallon equivalent)
NOT COVERED
Plants listed as “No Warranty” on your proposal
Natural end-of-life decline after a plant’s biological lifespan
Hurricane, freeze, flood, or other acts of God
Neglect of the required irrigation schedule
Any gap in maintenance or fertilization service
A note on plant lifespans: Every plant species has a recognized biological lifespan. An agapanthus might naturally peak at 10 years. An oak tree might thrive for 200. This plan is designed to protect against premature failure, not to replace a plant that’s simply reached the end of its life. If we ever need to make that call, we use industry-standard botanical data, and we explain it to you plainly.
M O V I N G ?
The Plant Lifetime Protection Plan is Transferable.
The Earth Works Plant Lifetime Protection Plan stays with the property. When you sell, the new homeowners can inherit an established, protected landscape and keep the warranty active, as long as they enroll in All-In Maintenance and Spray/Fertilization by closing or immediately upon taking possession. For a buyer walking through a property with a mature, well-maintained landscape, that’s a meaningful thing to offer.
A protected landscape is something buyers notice.
Most homes sell with a yard and a hope. Yours comes with a documented warranty, an active maintenance crew, and a landscape that’s been watched over every single week. That’s a different conversation to have with a buyer.

What You Need to Activate Your Plan
The Lifetime Protection Plan is included at no additional cost when you maintain active, continuous enrollment in both:
EARTH WORKS
All-In Lawn Maintenance
Weekly service, year-round, no exceptions. Includes mowing, edging, weed-eating, blowing, bed weeding and spraying, and shrub trimming and pruning up to 7 feet. You get the same crew on the same day every week, and they’ll reach out before every visit.
EARTH WORKS
Spray / Fertilization
Turf and shrub fertilization programs. Turf includes 8 treatments per year covering fertilization, weed, pest, and disease control. Shrub options run 2 or 4 treatments per year.
A gap in either service permanently voids your coverage. If you have questions about your enrollment status, reach out and we’ll work through it with you.
A Warranty You Can Trust
We’ve been operating in Jacksonville since 1988. When we say “lifetime,” we’ll be here to honor it.
This protection plan works because our crews are on your property every week. They see what’s happening before you do. They catch early signs of disease or stress, flag it, and address it before a plant is lost.
Thirty-eight years of showing up is what makes a lifetime warranty something we can actually stand behind.
COVARAGE DETAILS
The same crews, the same commitment, every week — since 1988.

F A Q
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this really a lifetime warranty?
Yes, for the plant’s natural lifespan. Every plant species has a recognized biological lifespan. The plan covers your plant material against premature failure from disease or pests for the duration of its lifespan. It’s not a forever-no-matter-what guarantee, but it is the most comprehensive plant warranty offered by any landscape company in Northeast Florida.
What if I already have a landscape project with Earth Works but no maintenance plan?
Reach out and talk to us. We handle those situations on a case-by-case basis. If you’re interested in signing up for All-In Maintenance and Fertilization, we’ll discuss what that entails for your property and whether retroactive coverage is available.
What if I want to cancel my maintenance plan?
If your All-In Maintenance or Spray/Fertilization service lapses, your Lifetime Protection Plan coverage is permanently voided. The plan works because our crews are actively on your property every week, catching problems before they become replacements. Without that, the warranty can’t function the way it’s designed to. Once coverage ends, it doesn’t come back.
What happens if a covered plant dies?
We identify it, verify it’s a covered species in a covered situation, and schedule the replacement. Replacement will be the same species and size, or equivalent up to a 30-gallon size. In rare cases, such as a large tree in an area that’s no longer accessible by equipment, we’ll discuss the options with you directly.
Does this cover pavers, water features, or hardscaping?
Not currently. The Lifetime Protection Plan covers plant material only. We’re always evaluating how to expand it, but right now the warranty is specific to plant installations.
What if I sell my house?
The warranty stays with the property. The new homeowners can keep it active as long as they enroll in All-In Maintenance and Spray/Fertilization by closing or by taking possession immediately. For a buyer, inheriting a protected, established landscape is a genuine selling point worth calling out.
Do I have to decide before the landscape job is done?
You have until the day your installation is complete to enroll in the required maintenance programs.
